As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.


Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for various digital channels.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution models and the ability to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to meet our marketing objectives and business goals.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to search engines, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities, and use this information to inform campaign strategies.
  • Develop and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to maximize lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM) and social media advertising, to drive targeted traffic and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to create engaging and impactful digital assets and collateral.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging digital marketing technologies, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance our digital marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and manage online reputation, including reviews and customer feedback, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute digital marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with our brand standards and guidelines.

Additional Requirements

  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation workflows and lead scoring.
  • Experience with video marketing and YouTube advertising.
