Key Qualifications

  • Proven 3-5 years of work experience as a User Acquisition Manager, Ads Monetization Manager, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of various user acquisition channels and advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with ad monetization strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive app downloads, user engagement, and retention.
  • Manage and optimize ad campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., social media, search, display) to drive quality traffic and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with creative and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
  • Identify and implement effective ad monetization strategies to maximize revenue from ads within our products.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to stay up-to-date with the latest user acquisition and monetization strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with advertising networks and partners.

Additional Requirements

  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and analytics tools.
  • Proficient in data analysis, campaign optimization, and reporting.
