At Romman Apps, we design, build, and scale our own mobile products—reaching thousands of users across multiple markets. We are seeking a a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor who is passionate about creating clean, engaging visuals and videos—and wants to see their work come to life across real mobile applications used by a wide audience. Important: A portfolio link is required. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Key Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, or comparable professional tools.
Experience using AI tools for image and video generation.
Solid understanding of visual trends, guidelines and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong creative judgment with excellent attention to detail.
A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video AI-assisted creative work.

Responsibilities

Create compelling visuals and videos for marketing campaigns, App Store screenshots, social media, and in-app UI assets.
Use AI-powered image and video tools to improve creative quality, efficiency, and production workflows.
Ensure all design assets follow platform guidelines, branding standards, and creative best practices.
Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to improve creative performance and user engagement.
Adapt creative assets across different formats, platforms, and campaign requirements.
