Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong command of grammar and language.
  • Proficiency in creating content for various platforms and channels, including blogs, social media, websites, and multimedia formats.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with basic HTML and SEO principles.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to gather and synthesize information from diverse sources.
  • Proficiency in using content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing tools).
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and analyze content performance.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas and approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Edit and proofread content for accuracy, grammar, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce visually appealing and engaging multimedia content.
  • Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content across all channels.
  • Monitor content performance, analyze metrics, and provide recommendations for optimization based on data-driven insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging content formats, and best practices in content creation and digital marketing.
