The App requires access to Apple Health data to function properly. You may choose to allow or deny access at any time through your device settings.

The App only reads step count and related health data; it does not modify or store any data beyond what is necessary for functionality.

The App contains advertisements from third-party providers.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for any health issues, device malfunctions, or data loss resulting from the use of the App.

We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be effective when we post the revised Terms within the App. Your continued use after such changes means you accept the new Terms.
